Hello! I'm Becca Houske (pronounced house key)
Learning HTML and CSS was a skill I taught myself in 2020, which was when I built this website!
I am a marketer who discovered a great passion for project management. I’ve specialized as a Marketing Project Manager with over 5 years of experience. I have the foundational marketing knowledge to collaborate with functional teams to define project goals and tactics, and I have the project management expertise to create a plan and lead teams to successfully execute and deliver high-quality work.
I support business growth by successfully managing high investment, complex marketing projects and initiatives, from strategy development to final execution, across various channels and platforms. I apply my skills in cross-departmental coordination, communication, and problem-solving, to manage 20+ projects of varying sizes and complexities concurrently, maintaining high-quality standards across the board.
I have a keen eye for process optimizations, and I'm able to proactively identify potential breakdowns and think through solutions. I'm a visionary leader: I build strong teams by recognizing each person's unique strengths and painting a clear picture so everyone knows their role and contribution to a project. On top of that, I also dig into the details. I connect the dots others may not see and ensure that nothing is missed.
As a project manager, I develop tools to effectively forecaset, prioritize, and manage workload, and I have experience managing resources spanning copywriting, graphic design, UX/UI, photo, video, motion design, and freelancers when needed. I thrive in spaces where I can come up with creative solutions and collaborate to increase efficiency and consistently improve processes.
