About Becca
Founder of Designed for Ease
This business didn’t come from a grand plan or a five-year roadmap.
It came from rest. From healing. From stillness.
From saying yes to a project that sparked something I hadn’t felt in a long time: joy.
Designed for Ease is the natural evolution of my career, but more than that—it’s the truest expression of who I’ve become. After years of high-performing in corporate spaces, navigating burnout and chronic stress, I finally gave myself the space to exhale. In that pause, I remembered who I was before the pressure, before the pleasing, before the grind.

Ease became my compass.
When a friend invited me to co-create a virtual summit, I said yes. That summit reawakened my creativity, my strategy brain, my gift for systems. From that one collaboration, doors opened—clients reached out, ideas came to life, and this business began to build itself through alignment and invitation.
Now, I partner with creative entrepreneurs and soulful founders to bring clarity and ease to the back end of their business. Whether it’s building an intuitive community space, optimizing workflows, or setting up content systems that actually work for your life, I help make the invisible parts of your business feel seen, supported, and spacious.
My work is at the intersection of systems and soul.
What I believe
I believe your business should work with you, not against you.
I believe creativity belongs to everyone.
I believe joy is strategic.
I believe ease is a way of being—chosen with intention, honored with devotion.

I’m not here to impose a rigid framework; I’m here to co-create solutions that fit how you work, how you want to feel, and where your business is headed next.
You built the business. I help renovate it from the inside out—so it reflects who you are now, not just who you were when you started. We enhance what is working and change what isn’t.
More about me
I’m a gardener, a writer, a sailor, and a serial hobbyist. I live for morning coffee with my goldendoodles, Wattson and Willow, and weeknight sails on Lake Union. I do CrossFit, I make candles, I grow cut flowers, I published a children’s book—and I’m always creating something new.
My background spans marketing, operations, project management, and hospitality. But underneath it all, I’ve always been a systems thinker. Whether in a coffee shop, a corporate office, or a digital strategy session, I see the patterns—the friction, the flow, the possibilities.
I’m not here to hustle. I’m here to build beautiful, intentional businesses with people who care deeply about what they’re putting into the world. People who started with heart, and now need a hand.
Let’s create something that supports your vision—and sustains your joy.
